25/10/2008 - Assessing the value of non-market benefits in the Walloon Region
In the context of the implementation of the EU Water Framework Directive, the Free University of Bruxelles, Espace Environnement and ACTeon are carrying out assessments to estimate the non-market benefits and non-use values that would result from the implementation of the WFD in the Walloon Region. Valuation methods include contingent valuation, travel cost method and the transfert of values (for groundwater only).
