ACTeon (with Maïté Fournier & Manon Berge) was at the AquaticPollutants qui s’est tenue à Francfort, Final Conference in Frankfurt, Germany, October 22-23, 2024.
Hosted by DECHEMA, this event highlighted research results from the joint call on aquatic pollutants launched byJPI Oceans, JPIAMR and Water jpi.
What’s ACTeon’s role in the TransNet Project?
We bring in our experience working with multiple stakeholders in the water sector and our expertise in bridging the gap between environmental policy and science.
We developed together with Naomi, the “knowledge transfer game”, a cardboard game which is available for participants today, to learn more about aquatic pollutants but also learn about knowledge transfer barriers.
We supported BRGM work, taking the lead on the identification of end-users, their needs for research results, and the best ways to communicate with each category. Out inputs have been valued in the AquaticPollutants TransNet Viewer, a powerful online tool to access results from 18 different research projects and assess whether they meet end-users needs.
