Action areas
We develop methods to raise awareness of vulnerability and encourage commitment to adaptation strategies at different levels. We design decision-making tools to support public and private actors in their adaptation strategies. The aim is to anticipate the socio-economic and ecological impacts of climate change and to strengthen the resilience and robustness of systems in the face of these transformations.
Long term forecasting: using a range of popular scientific tools and a solid participatory approach, we make it easier to understand future developments, project them into a desirable future and take action.
Territories and sectors: by taking into account all the components of a territory or agricultural sector (environmental, economic, social and institutional dimensions), we propose resolutely integrated strategies (‘nexus’) and systemic transformations.
