Linking water management to regional development to promote a sustainable future
We analyze the various causes of water ressources degradation and the obstacles to sustainable management and develops solutions in consultation with local stakeholders. We intervene at all stages of the development (diagnoses, strategies, consultations), implementation (action programs and management plans) and evaluation of water management policies.
Evaluation of public policies: using economic analysis tools, qualitative and quantitative surveys and benchmarking, we identify strengths and areas for improvement and formulate recommendations to enhance public action.
Elaboration of resource management strategies: we mobilize collective intelligence through innovative facilitation methods to bring out the issues and solutions specific to each watershed or aquifer
